Talked to Spool and they said this issue is primarily on E-series N55's because our cars do not have a damper in the fuel tank, while F-series do. There is a damper in the HPFP itself but its capability to dampen is reduced to provide additional flow rate. They are going to look into a custom damper solution. I did not install their optional fuel filter which they indicated also acts like a damper.

A quick google search shows that fuel system pulsation dampers are out there, but I did not find anything that would be "bolt-in" with AN or other standard fittings.
