Truth be told I am an American and had to convert 30km to Miles. A little over 18 miles. That is one long test drive to hear if the exhaust valve is working or not.
Now I am not sure where you live, or the laws there, but I thought the MPE was for track use only and not legal to use on public roads. Having said that, how could they even perform the test drive without breaking the law? Get these answers from them. They are joyriding your car.
