Remember, it all depends on where you are, and how many dealers you can play off against each other/are competing for your business.
The northeast seems to have had some pretty good deals lately (~10-11%), the midwest (CO) seems to be about half that (~5-6%), and the west coast seems to go pretty close to sticker.
There are outliers, but that's what I've gathered from surfing the 'boards.

It just sucks. The dealers in my region are generally owned by the same dealer group. So competition is relatively minimal. However, I'm willing to look around.
