I’d keep the R8. Like others have said, neither of your other two options are going to feel anywhere near as nice. The CS would probably still feel kinda special and edgy, but man, it’ll be way way less nice.
If you’re serious about not liking the attention and you want some more practicality AND you want a manual AND you’re really sure you can handle replacing a car with another car that is significantly less “nice” consider the CS I suppose. I’d stay away from the Audi TT personally. The bmw interior will feel inferior but different. The Audi TT interior will just feel inferior.
My old boss dailied an R8 V10+ i have to believe that car is honestly fairly easy to live with.
