The only ones I see below $35K are high mileage examples (55K and 65K miles). I shopped last summer for a 2017 or 2018 6-speed M2 with under 10K miles, and prices have definitely softened. Quick nationwide search shows asking prices still hovering around 45K, whereas last summer asking prices were closer to 47-48K (on average).
