The 275/35 isn't a good candidate at all because it's too skinny and too tall. The 275/30 is a bit tall, but even skinnier.

where are you getting this too tall idea from
you need to compare to stock 265/35 that's 26.3.
so 285/35 is just as much taller as 295/30 is shorter
