I'd ask
Evan@Tischer at getbmwparts.com how many he has on hand to sell before you consider your only option is waiting. Again, I had my set in 4 days, but when I had an issue with a couple of them, it took a few more days to get them in. Still, I would have been fully set within 2 weeks total. Dealers can probably source from dealers (not 100% sure how it works at BMW, but it worked that way when I worked for Honda/Toyota/Hyundai/Suzuki).
