Transformers were so much better. I think it was the metal parts and how much more the movements were.
Some of my other favorite toys I had growing up:
1) Micro machines
2) The F-14 Tomcat G.I. Joe plane
3) All of the Medieval castle Lego sets
4) M.A.S.K. Figures

Spot on! I loved Micro Machines! My dad got into buying me G.I. Joe toys to the point where I eventually had all of them. That hoover craft and the Apache helicopter were my favorites. That damn air craft carrier was just way too big. I was big into M.A.S.K. until I watched Rad; I was into BMX from that point on.
