MSS costs about 50% more and has trick dual rate rear spring set up.
KW HAS which has single springs all round - progressive rate at the front and linear rate at the rear IIRC.
If wanting a more compliant road biased setup, then MSS sport makes sense. If wanting more track focussed, then KW HAS is probably the way to go as it goes lower (AFAIK based on what I've read) and probably runs stiffer springs.
