+1 for hotel Leonardo royal. It's a great 15 min walk through Olympia park to the welt.
Not sure on the two night stay, I stayed there two days at the start of delivery and one day at the end just earlier this month.
There is also secure, plentiful parking in their underground garage. Or you can just ask for a few parking tickets at the welt and park there for free if you don't mind the walk
