I'm looking into some straps to help out. The GriPads do well to not slip on the handle, IF I can keep my fingers closed around it.

Not
JP10 but I do Chest/Biceps and Back/Triceps so the smaller muscle isn't pre-exhausted. Plus studies have shown that a muscle that has been pre-stretched will actually be stronger...even if by just a little bit.
Personally I know it makes for a better contraction for myself.
