Sand it down and use some touch-up. No one will even notice it. I wouldn't worry about paying to have it fixed right now.
Although, now that you have created this thread, all of your future build threads will be ruined. You will have pics of your latest and greatest mods and all we will be thinking about is that scratch at the bottom of your car. You'll have comments like "See, I cant even see that scratch" or "How did they install that lip over that huge scratch?" Instead of the normal "Wow, that looks awesome!" or "Dude, you are my hero with that cool mod!"
