71R has been the king of extreme and even beats most of streetable competition including cup2. I know how day and night difference it makes over PSS.
How much better is 4S than PSS? Not much according to tests.
The way you made 4S sound like, it's touching 71R performance. Which with all due respective, I seriously doubt.
