negotiate ED pricing from the start. That's because there's different incentives and profit margins on ED. I've heard some say it reduces their count of used allocation when they move an allocation to ED, which might put future numbers at risk, also heard others say they don't get the regional incentives on ED cars, etc etc.

Basically just find the exact build you want, take the build number and e-mail it to all of your region's dealerships saying you want to do ED, what's the pricing? The starting point should be ED MSRP, which you can find listed on the BMW euro delivery website.
