Looking at the end mounting points, it doesn't look like it'd fit the f87 at all. It really does?
Also the design seems faulty. Directing all of the force to a single point in the center of the top tube. Maybe the steel is strong enough to handle the force. Or maybe I'm totally wrong about it being a problem in the first place. I'm not an engineer, so correct me with why I'm wrong. But I imagine something like this would be more effective. And could be made of lightweight carbon.
