I was number 60 something when I got on the list in February. I called two other dealerships that I had a prior relationship with. Got #1 and #5 spots. Took the #1 HEA car and just shared the #5 slot (which ended up being their 2nd car) with another forum member here.
No way Austin will satisfy their list! Also, LOL at mass production, unlimited supply. Maybe in a few years but then refresh will come around.
