Agreed. The rumored M2 car from like 5 years ago was my dream car, and when I found out it wouldn't have a CF roof, among other things, I lost a bit of interest. The M2C brought my interest back, and I have recently put in an order. The idea of an M2 CS piques my interest, but I'm assuming it will be $10-20K more than the M2C, and it's just not worth it to wait and pay that price premium for me. I won't notice the CF roof that much.

lol, brilliant. At some point I think each individual needs to prioritize and then figure out what they can be content with. I'm certainly glad to find out now that a CS version may be coming out, so that I can be content with my decision to not wait for it now.
