Looking at Tire Rack, the only staggered option would be the Pirelli Sottozero Serie II. I guess for the intended use - dry cold-ish weather driving - would the Pirellis be the better option over the PA4s?

Noooooooooooo lol. At least make this your summer setup by swapping the stock tires onto these and throw winters on the stock wheels.
Or since we're both in va, let me borrow these for my summer set up! Also, there's a DMV m2 group on fb with 30+ m2's in the area.
