Here are some more pictures of the damage, what you might not be able to see here is that the rear light has actually popped out, I'm not sure whether its 'just' popped out or whether something has bent forcing it out.
I am also surprised that the airbags were not deployed (as has everyone that I have spoken with) - I would estimate hitting the gate at around 50-60 MPH, so should they have been?
