It seems to be a real and deliberate decision to me. The lights are there, the switch is there and all the paperwork supports it. Plus, there's an increase in MSRP to cover it, which came way too soon after the last price increase on the '17s. And, the parts approval process and delivery of those parts to the manufacturing line is so precise that it would be extremely hard for a "mistake" of this magnitude to happen for more than a handful of cars. |
I agree. However I know there were a few early LCI m3s getting adaptive without lighting package. So there's that as well. Would be great if it's standard, but then hard to justify the exec price without LEDs
