Let me get this right .. so because you called BMW demanding free access to a feature they charge for (which they rightly refused), they are unprofessional? Do you call Sky TV demanding free access to every channel, and when they refuse... they are unprofessional?
Honestly the level of entitlement people have nowadays is baffling.
