Should've done your research. Never assume a car will have something. We see tons of people buy cars from other dealerships assuming it had this or that and get angry when I tell them it doesn't have it.
Also just pay someone like 100 bucks to have it enabled after the fact through a 3rd party software.

Seriously I can't understand some of the things people complain about.
Had a guy had some unknown named phone, with an offbrand branch of ATT, his bluetooth audio wouldn't work in his 2020 x3.
We tested it with other X3s and same issue.
Paired our own phones and they worked fine.
Told him it was the phone, didn't like that answer. WELL MY 60K CAR SHOULD CONFORM TO ME PERFECT STANDARDS!
So I told him we'd bring it in for service and investigate it, for 2 damn weeks I got text after text after text saying how it's BMWs fault that his phone wont work. It's not his phone he says.
Car comes in for service, in for 3 days.
BMW determines it's his phone.
He's still upset his 60 dollars phone doesn't work with bluetooth audio.
You can't make everyone happy.
If you don't want possibly the greatest modern BMW that the company has ever made over 1 tech feature, I think you bought the wrong car.
