I've got the same issues on my 2017 at 40k miles. Rear diff seals and oil pan seeping. Both Indy shop and dealership said not worth doing anything until I start seeing drips. Level seems to be holding for both. Seems like the consensus for waiting is because will likely happen again with replacements so might as well wait as long as possible to restart the clock.
