You can go to aircraftspruce and get the 2.5" flange, use a holesaw to cut a hole in stock backing plate and then rivet the flange in. Then in winter just remove the ducts and hoses if you want.
I like this solution a lot. Looks like it may be more effective than the Porsche ducts to me. Great job Magnus.
