My OEM Contis only lasted ~7000 miles but I drive aggressively and have been known to do a burnout here and there.
I've always had good experiences with Michelins in the past so I went PS4S once I fried those. Very happy with them thus far. I've only put about 2500 miles on them so I have yet to see what the life span is like.
My dd (328) has Michelin AS3+'s on them and I love those as well. Great in rain and snow. Have had them for a year/~12k and there's plenty of tread life left.
