I don't know what the QC's max quota for SO M2Cs is but
I'm the second of the
ones I know about.
I've seen one HS (of course) M2C on Independence near I-485 in Matthews.
I also caught a glimpse of a LBB M2 on Harris near I-85. I see an AW M2 parked in an uptown hotel garage everyday and I've seen
M2Ghost bouncing around a couple times.
