Don't. Personally I think the M2 looks better and is a fine car but it will never ever be as special and collectible as a 1M. The resale value of the 1M today tells the story. If you trade in the 1M you will kick yourself down the road. It will be sort of like the guy that traded in his e30M3 back in the early 90's for a shiny new e36M3.... and for the rest of his life regrets it. My .02
