I changed the plugs and coil packs and did another track day on May 19th. I ran the car with stock tune for the first session (Dinan ByPass mode) and Stage 1 for the rest of the day (5 additional sessions). Car ran like a top. It was cooler though with a high of low 70 degrees for ambient, but this track has higher speeds and longer time at WOT (see video below). The one thing I noticed right after changing the plugs and coils, even on the test drive right after the job, is that the car felt noticeably a touch stronger and throttle crisper.
The only logging I was running are the channels that AiM Solo2 DL records through OBDII - MAF, MAP, PPS, TPS, RPM, IAT.
I change the oil every 4-5 track days with Motul Xcess 5w40 or Valvoline Euro 5w40. My car has around 32K miles and 51 track days.
