That’s a lot of days, and I’m sure the take offs put some extra load (and fun) into the whole car. Sounds like you take really good care of it using 300V every few weekends. I guess the bearings are a wear item at that level of usage. I drive with a few friends who have 200k+ mile E46 and E90 M3. Engine bearings have been proactively replaced a few times on both cars. Still original engines, and get driven hard!

If you ever tracked engine oil or coolant temp, id be interested to see that. My car is stock except for brake pads and lines, and the engine oil doesn’t get above 230F and coolant stays in low 200s. Very impressed. BMW Genuine 0w-30 oil.
