Interesting, we bought the shark mainly because it had the smallest form factor of any of the stick vacuums. At least any of the ones at the store at the time we bought it. You can actually change the battery, but you have to remove screws so not really useful for swapping, pretty stupid design, but you can replace it if it goes bad or something.
