I find the Bay Area to have a very skewed market when it comes to high end desirable cars. We live in an area where people have so much money they dont even bother negotiating because getting that extra 5k off MSRP just isnt worth the time or the hassle when they can just throw down it all in cash.

I was at Fremont Toyota a few months ago looking at the new SUpra and the Hakone 86. The Supra had a 15k markup (and then sold literally that same weekend). The Hakone 86 had a 5k markup and sold the week after. This is in a market where if the person had literally just gone the next town over they would find the same Supra for MSRP with no markup. But people who have excessive money are lazy.

It just sucks that the market for the M2 is soooo different. Theres almost no cars sitting for more than a few months and most dealerships only have 1.
