Of course. I didn't see anything about emissions in the original post, so I recommended accordingly.
I also think that, if you're buying a used catted downpipe and keeping it only a year, you can probably get 100% of your money back, so for those of us with no sniff test it's a pretty good mod all the way around IMO.
