Definitely not good if you are looking to just lease it for 36 months and hand it back in.
Good if you are a business owner who can deduct at least 70% of the lease and plan to purchase the M2 at the end of the lease.
There are a couple other possible scenarios but to keep it simple, I'll just stick with 2.
