This logic is not based in fact. Saying that "it's what it should have been from the beginning" is wrong. People were saying that about the M4 when the M4 GTS came out. "The M4 should have been like this from the beginning!". No, it shouldn't have, because the base M2 is in its own league and does extremely well relative to its immediate competition.
You can't say "this is what the M2 should have been!" unless you believe thay the M2 CS should also be priced at 51k base. And if you believe that, then you're just wrong. |
