hmm that has me a little worried with going 265/3 5 up front.. but I am stock ride height, with camber plates, no spacers.

265/35 will rub even on stock height at full compression, camber will help and it'll eventually wear down a bit. It's generally a tire height problem than it is width. If you don't track or autox though I wouldn't be concerned at all.
