The emissions testing is done in Germany; my car was held at the factory for a few days, thanks to the EPA. If everything goes as planned, my Week 27 '18 will be in my garage Monday.
FYI, based only on my experience, expecting your car to get from port to dealer in 2 days may be a little optimistic. After hitting the port, the car has to clear Customs, the BMW VPC and then be assigned to a truck. That took 6 days in my case, before the car was loaded on a truck for a 3- or 4-day trip to the Midwest.
