Not sure as I have the M2C but the retrofit states F22 so I would presume all F 2 series would work.
I will take pictures tomorrow day time so you can view the mirror.
Honestly as far as tips, its crazy easy. Open the plastic covers, I used my fingers with pressure and a plastic trim tool; pull plastics aside, unplug the mirror connector, then slide old mirror straight down with a bit of force, mine slid right off.
New mirror matched up in pins so I just plugged it in, and slid it back straight up and in with a bit of force until it clicked in (took maybe 2-3 times as I was afraid to go too hard). Put plastic covers back in and voila!
All in all 10 mins top
