I may be just braking too hard. Still trying to ditch my AutoX style brake slamming and keeping out of ABS. However, here's a list of my brake issues:
-The brakes get extremely hot, my rotors are cracking (looks like they’ll need to be replaced after 10 track days).
-I destroyed a set of front RS29s in three days. They just started crumbling, I’m guessing from the heat.
-I do get some fade 2/3 into the session with SRF fluid and PFC 08 pads. Have to back off a little for a lap, and the fade goes away.
-The heat also drives my tire pressures and temps up more than I’d like (10-12psi, 215F+) during a hard session. This makes beginning and end of session tire management kind of a pain.
