By the second, a lot of people already had their fill and the track was a lot quieter. I'm hoping to put all my videos up this weekend, but here's a time-lapse of my second run (Instagram - LongBeachBlueM2) which shows the track is much quieter. Last, I lucked out with weather. It's quite an experience and I'd totally recommend it! I'm trying to figure out when I can do it again
BMW Driving Experience has the BMW M Fascination Nordschleife, which is 2 nights, 2 days of training. Highly worth it just to take a trip over when not doing a ED. The trainers are all BMW test drivers or engineers; my trainer in 2012 was Dirk Hacker who then was Vice President of chassis for BMW, now he is the BMW M Division Vice President of Engineering.

Great write up and looking forward to your PCD trip.

What drone do you have, as I'm thinking about filming my ED with a drone inside the Welt. Something different for ED #3, as once you do one ED your addicted and will keep on repeating the cycle.
