I’ve been away on holidays, but back now and had time last night to log.
I’ve emptied the fuel to total empty and did a full fill with ultra 94 from petrocanada and added a quart of VP fuels unleaded Octanium booster. And relogged car. Timing is good now, but still not meeting boost target of 16.5 psi at higher rpms.
I then reflashed to stock tune, max boost of 13.9 psi and relogged car. Hit all targets on boost and on timing. So not a boost leak at all.
Then I reflashed back to stage 2 91 octane tune and relogged. Timing was good, but not meeting boost target again. And again I can feel wastegate fluctuating boost a bit. Can also feel it in the acceleration variations at higher rpm.
I’m not sure what is causing this. It was previously perfect. So I’m not sure where to look now. No codes show up on bm3 either.

How many Kim's on the car ?
Any error codes coming up ?
If your car is struggling to reach targets at anything above say 15psi boost it might be OEM diverter valve could be worn.
Either replace or consider upgrading to GFR dv+
