I know RW Carbon makes one in this design. It is their GTS model.
I'm not sure if other companies make one.
I had one of their trunk spoilers and front splitters on my F30. They looked nice. I had the trunk spoiler installed by a body shop, but did the splitter myself. Should have let the body shop do that one too. But I am not the best mechanic in the world......
