I'd say 4-5hrs of labor is more than enough time and for a mechanic that doesn't know what he's doing and has to look up instructions or spend 30mins looking for a socket he misplaced.

The intake takes no more than 30mins. I did mine myself.

Downpipe, my mechanic had done in 30mins. Saves a ton of time/hassle to disconnect the O2 sensors from the connectors at the top of the motor, instead of removing them from the downpipe.

Intercooler and piping, I had done with a bunch of other things, so I'm not sure exactly. But the instructions I've seen doesn't seem like it's more than 1.5hrs. Probably less.

Cost is gonna depend on your mechanics per hour labor rate.
