Have the service department hookup their BMW scantool and see when and what value the max speed and rpm was logged. Get that printed out before purchasing so if something fails in the future they do not blame you for not obeying warranty.

chmura I asked my dealership to check the reserved vehicle for me because it has 58 miles and they said they would have to charge $189 or $200 to have a tech go pull that data and print that report. Is there anything that says they have to check for me without that kind of fee?
