If you're keeping the car for awhile, I would steer clear of the 95 mile one. Just for a piece of mind...and I honestly doubt the dealer would give too clear of instructions on how to drive the car.
If I were you, I would just go brand spanking new. $3K is a lot of money, but if you're keeping it for the long haul, it's a non-factor for me
