This is everything I'm ordering:
- M235i V-Brace
- Bolts for IAT sensor
- Longer bolts for new provided crash bar
Is there anything else I need or you would recommend?

That should do it.
I think mine came with the IAT bolts, but I can't confirm, so I'd still grab those. Also, I found some 75mm bolts for the crash bar that worked.
You should also decide how to connect the bottom two connections on the old M2 brace. As noted above we cut up my OEM brace, but some guys are fashioning up their own.
