We all have different reasons why we make these decisions, Its really up to you (OP) to decide.

I had an M235xi and I was running a quick fit harness with 17inch track wheels with RE-71r tires.

I did not want the M2C for the following reasons:

- I wanted to be able to continue using a quick fit harness, this is huge when you track often, without it you get tired and sore so much faster, it really helps to concentrate on driving instead of getting banged left and right.

- I wanted to be able to run 18inch wheels if I ever want to

- I wanted to get a 15k (CAD)deal on an LCI standing on the lot for 6+ months just before winter instead of paying msrp for the M2C

- I felt like the power, sound and simplicity of the N55 was enaugh for my needs and easy to mod later down the road.
