I can't see them going any higher on the comp side without having traction issues, and you know M2 never getting AWD in G form. These numbers would also be in the same range of the refreshed RS3 and CLA45 AMG.

It is all good, as the S55 already has plenty of giddy-up . . .
In fact, one could reasonably argue the F87 is over-powered, but I will go with 'the M2C is under tired' at this point.
Still, there comes a point where more is less and I suspect BMW is just about at the limits of what the RWD can 'put down' on the road . . . the rest is just wheel spinning or, as we all recognize, one small step away from AWD.
I am going to miss DCT, but suspect ZF8 will perform admirably . . . so long as I have capacity to control shift points with a shifter (NOT paddles) then I will be happy. Everything shared to date indicates ZF8 is more than capable when it comes to manual mode.
