I'm running 265/30 F and 295/30 R on H&R Springs, but not on OEM wheels.
I'm on 19x9.5 +30 Front and 19x10.5 +35 Rear. I do rub and have max'd out rear camber on OEM adjustability. I am running a low ish offset rear though.
I don't think you will have any issues rubbing on factory wheels. There's plenty of room on factory wheels.
