I'm not keen on going to 30 profile tyres, our country roads can be pretty bad so less sidewall could be a problem (same reason I'm not planning to lower ride height with the Ohlins). I have 255/35 on front, if the 285's become a problem with the extra compression travel of the Ohlins I'll likely go back to 275/35.
I can imagine your set-up handles well, I prefer the bigger rear tyre on track and twisty mountain roads, hopefully they'll work with the coilovers.
