Go 285/30 19 on the rear and 265/30 on the front mate...I am running that setup now and the handling is beautiful.
My F&R wheels have -6mm offset compared to stock and no rubbing on standard suspension.
Since you are going to get coilovers you can drop the car with the aforementioned sizes with no rubbing
